1. Terms and Conditions of Engagement

These terms apply to all engagements with Brendan Thomas Quinn, including workshops, the Cultural Friction Sprint, advisory services, and coaching and mentoring. By confirming a booking or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

1.1 Quotations

All quotations provided by Brendan Thomas Quinn are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing and availability are subject to change. A quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking until payment has been received.

1.2 Payment

Full payment is required in advance to confirm a booking. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received in full. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1.3 Cancellation by the Client

If you cancel a confirmed booking within 7 days of making payment, you are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made more than 7 days after payment are non-refundable.

To cancel, please notify us in writing at hello@brendanthomasquinn.com. The date of written notification determines whether you fall within the 7-day window.

1.4 Rescheduling by the Client

You may request to reschedule a confirmed booking, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the planned start date of the workshop or engagement.

Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the planned start date cannot be accommodated and the full fee will be charged. Rescheduled engagements must take place within 6 months of the original date.

1.5 Cancellation by Brendan Thomas Quinn

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible if this situation arises.

1.6 Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, tools, and content provided as part of any engagement — including workshop materials, slide decks, written frameworks, and diagnostic tools — remain the intellectual property of Brendan Thomas Quinn. These materials are provided for the client’s internal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or adapted without prior written permission.

1.7 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or an engagement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
