The BASIS Leadership Programme
A workshop aligns a team in a day. The programme changes how a manager leads that team, week by week. Three levels of one-to-one leadership and management training for team leaders, senior managers and CEOs of multicultural and international teams — online, in Barcelona or as an intensive week at your office (travel and accommodation charged separately).
