Meaningful change takes more than a day.
Cross-cultural advisory, coaching & mentoring for leaders of international teams.
Workshops create alignment. Advisory support makes it stick — and gives you a thinking partner for the cross-cultural complexity that keeps surfacing after the session ends.

Organisations typically seek advisory support when a single workshop isn’t enough — when the friction keeps surfacing, or when leadership needs a trusted partner to navigate cross-cultural and intercultural complexity over time.

Someone who understands the cross-cultural dynamics and can help think it throughTailored to your organisation’s needs
Every engagement is different. Depending on what your organisation needs, advisory support may include any combination of the following.
1:1 leadership coaching & mentoring
Focused on multicultural team management — helping leaders through coaching and mentoring to understand what’s driving team behaviour and how to lead more effectively across cultural difference. Typically fortnightly video sessions, tailored to your leadership context.
Strategic advisory sessions
Working directly with HR or executive teams on cross-cultural strategy — how to structure teams, set norms, and build the conditions for effective international collaboration. Sessions can be scheduled monthly or as needed, in person or via video call.
A trusted thinking partner
Someone who understands the cross-cultural dynamics of your organisation and can help you navigate real situations as they arise, not just in retrospect.
Post-workshop embedding
Reinforcing the frameworks, norms, and insights from training and workshops — ensuring the change sticks and becomes part of how the team actually works day to day. Includes follow-up sessions with the team and ongoing support for the leader driving the change.
Structured, confidential, and built around your organisation
Fixed-period engagements
Advisory work is typically structured over three to six months — long enough for behavioural change and team alignment to take hold, short enough to stay focused and accountable.
Most advisory engagements begin with a single workshop, then move into a three to six month partnership. Some start at the advisory level directly when a leader needs a strategic partner rather than a training session.
Standalone or post-workshop
Some organisations engage advisory support following a workshop to embed the work. Others come directly at leadership level when specific challenges arise. Both work well.
Fully confidential
Everything discussed in advisory engagements is strictly confidential. The goal is to create a space where leaders can think clearly and speak honestly about what’s actually happening.
A consultant, not just a facilitator
My role is to act as a trusted partner in navigating cross-cultural complexity — helping leaders communicate effectively and guide their teams with confidence across cultures.
“The friction is real but hard to point to. That’s exactly where I work — helping leaders see it clearly and do something about it.”
Brendan Thomas QuinnHow an engagement typically unfolds
Every engagement starts with a discovery conversation to understand your situation — the teams involved, the friction you’re seeing, and what you’ve already tried. From there, we agree on focus areas and a structure that fits. Most advisory engagements run over three to six months and follow a rhythm: an initial assessment phase, regular coaching or advisory sessions, and a review point to measure progress and decide next steps. Between sessions, I’m available for the moments that can’t wait — when a difficult conversation is coming up, or a decision needs cross-cultural perspective. The goal is lasting change, not dependency. I aim to build your team’s capacity to navigate cultural difference independently over time.
Let’s talk about your organisation
If you’re experiencing ongoing friction, misalignment, or unclear decision-making at leadership level, let’s spend 30 minutes looking at what’s actually going on. No pitch — just a conversation.
